Yes. Production begins after an order is placed.
HOW LONG DOES PRODUCTION TAKE?
Average fulfillment is approximately 2–5 business days before shipment. Timing can change based on order volume, product availability, holidays, and fulfillment conditions.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?
Contact us as quickly as possible if something is wrong. Production can begin shortly after checkout, so edits and cancellations are not guaranteed once fulfillment has started.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Available shipping methods and rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the contents of the order.
DO I GET TRACKING?
When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation is sent after the package leaves the fulfillment facility.
WHY HASN’T MY TRACKING UPDATED?
Carriers sometimes need time to scan a package after receiving it. If a shipment is significantly past its estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number.

CAN I RETURN A SHIRT BECAUSE I CHANGED MY MIND?
No. MALVRS products are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, color preference, or incorrect size selection.
WHAT IF THE ITEM IS DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, MISPRINTED, OR WRONG?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If the issue is confirmed, we’ll provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can review the shipment.

The GOOD HEAD TEE uses the Bella+Canvas 3010 Unisex 6 oz Heavyweight Tee.
HOW DOES IT FIT?
Relaxed and oversized with dropped shoulders. Take your normal size for the intended silhouette. Use the Size Guide if you want to compare measurements against a tee you already own.
HOW SHOULD I WASH IT?
Wash inside out with cold water on a gentle cycle. Avoid bleach. Air dry when possible or tumble dry low. Do not iron directly over the print.
