PRODUCTION
MALVRS products are made to order. Average fulfillment is approximately 2–5 business days before shipment. This is production time only and does not include carrier transit time.
DELIVERY
Shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates and can change based on destination, carrier conditions, weather, customs, seasonal volume, and other factors outside our control.
TRACKING
When tracking is available, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation after the package leaves the fulfillment facility. Tracking may take additional time to begin updating after the carrier receives the shipment.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Check your shipping information carefully before placing the order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Once production or shipment has progressed, an address change may no longer be possible.
LOST OR SIGNIFICANTLY DELAYED PACKAGES
If a package appears lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can review the shipment.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Items in the same order may occasionally ship separately depending on fulfillment location and product availability.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If international shipping is available to your destination at checkout, customs duties, import taxes, or carrier fees may apply. Unless those charges are explicitly collected during checkout, they are the customer’s responsibility.
